Triana - Sombra y Luz. 1979 Spain
This is one of those albums that I had properly rated in my collection but had lower on the rating sites. So not really a +1 listen, just calibrated correctly. Triana's first 3 albums are the definition of Rock Andaluz, and while Sombra y Luz doesn't have the extreme highs of the debut, there's plenty of deep moments here.
Ownership: LP: 1979 Movieplay. Very nice gatefold. Acquired online (2012). This replaces the CD I first acquired in 2005 and was my introduction to the album. That CD unfortunately rotted and I had to throw it away. Bummer.
2005; 2012; 2/15/23 (LP 4.8); 4/13/23 (new entry)
