Renaissance - Novella. 1977 England
Not sure what my deal is with Renaissance lately, but the albums I used to like most, I like less now. And conversely... And that's where Novella falls. I'm enjoying this album more now than ever. On this +1 listen, I was drawn in by their energy and fantastic songwriting. This followed a +2 listen five years prior.
Ownership: LP: 1977 Sire. Gatefold. Purchased at a Denver record store (2021) for a whopping $1, and it's perfect mint. This replaced the 90s Japanese jewel case CD I picked up in a Renaissance bulk buy (2016). My first LP came from Record Revival in Denver (1994). I sold it because I didn't like... Wow - how times have changed.
1994; 3/11/16; 8/19/21 (LP 2.48); 4/10/23 (new entry)
