Mediterranea - Ecce Rock. 1981 Italy
Relatively simple, but fun, instrumental guitar trio with quite a bit of mandolin as well. As is expected by the title and the cover of the original Italian version, it has a Turkish/Greek/Arabian vibe. The album gets better as it goes. According to the liner notes of the CD, the band were striving for the indigenous sounds of Campagnia (southern Italy) mixed with rock.
LP: 1981 King (Japan)
The original cover isn't the best, and new artwork was wisely applied in Japan. When the album was reissued in Italy, they used the Japanese cover.
