I was tipped off to Tim Buckley's talent by a fellow Dutch prog rock collector going all the way back to the early 90s. Fortunately I picked up Starsailor (for a whole $1), which is the title he recommended. One day I'll cover that album. But oddly I never pursued his other albums. This was the one exception, as I bought the commodity CD sometime in the mid 2000s. I enjoyed it, and filed away, but honestly didn't remember much about it. I'm really beginning to appreciate Buckley's unique mournful jazz styled vocals, wrapped inside folk music. For certain a +1 listen, and I expect over time that may increase further.Ownership: 1990s Elektra (CD)7//05 (acquired); 10/17/21 (review)
Other albums I own and need to review: Goodbye and Hello; Starsailor; Greetings from L.A.
